Peonies are a classic addition to your garden and have been cultivated for over 2,000 years, beloved for their abundant blooms, exquisite flower beauty, and fragrance.
The rhizome comes from a mature peony plant that is divided and several plants are obtained.
Each root has 2 to 5 buds.

Care and details of Peony Rhizomes:
- Botanical Name: Rhizomes Sara B., Kansas, Alexander Fleming, Duchesse
- Color: Pastel Pink, Fuchsia Red, Hot Pink and White
- Origin: Chilean Patagonia.
- They are planted in Autumn/Winter
- Planting depth: Leave buds a few centimeters underground, approximately 4-5 cm. The buds should face upwards.
- The planting distance is 60-80cm between each rhizome.
- Approximate height between 0.90 and 1m
- They are full sun.
- Ideal for planting in the ground, if it is in a pot it should be large, so that the edges do not touch the rhizome,
- Moderate watering.
- Use substrate
- Good drainage, so that water does not accumulate in the rhizomes or they can rot.

Note: Peonies require cold in winter, therefore the regions where they bloom best are from the Maule region to the south. In other regions they can bloom but not as strongly.
